aircraft, developed by The Boeing Company.

The Proven Choice in the Commercial Market

Both Gulfstream and Embraer selected Pratt & Whitney GTF™ and PW800 engines over the competition to power their next-generation civil aircraft. Both GTF and PW800 engines have been awarded Laureate Awards from Aviation Week Network.

  • PW800 for the G500/G600

    The PW800 supplanted Rolls-Royce to power Gulfstream's long-range, large-cabin aircraft - specifically the G500 and G600.
  • GTF for the E-Jets E2

The GTF, which shares a common core with the PW800, was selected over the GE Passport to power the Embraer E-Jets E2 family aircraft, the previous generation of which was powered by the GE CF34 engine.
